About Security Broadband, Inc.
Security Broadband was founded in 1999 by William Glasgow, Surendra Naidoo and Jerry Lindauer. Glasgow and Lindauer previously worked together for over a decade building Prime Cable, a cable operator with over one million customers and valued in excess of $4 billion. Security Broadband raised over $58 million to develop and trial services that could migrate from dial-up to broadband such as home security [link to SafeVillage video clip] and home telehealth. Investors include Adelphia Communications Corp., Charter Communications Inc., Comcast Corp., Cox Communications Inc. and Canadian MSOs Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications.
